Paul Greenfield is well known for his hard-driving, tough style, which he has honed in over forty years of criminal defense practice, and Complex Civil Litigation.  He has a broad base of experience in both civil and criminal cases.  Mr. Greenfield has represented defendants in federal and state jurisdictions throughout the United States.  He has been lead counsel on matters involving white-collar crime, narcotics, organized crime, murder, corporate dissolution, and other complex matters.  Mr. Greenfield worked as an attorney with the New York Legal Aid Society, handled cases for over a decade with prominent white-collar attorney Jay Goldberg, and has taught as an adjunct professor at Seton Hall University.  He also served as general counsel for a publicly traded company advising on a wide variety of corporate, regulatory and securities matters.  Mr. Greenfield has been an active member of the New York City Bar Association and a continuing participant in the mentor program of Brooklyn Law School, where he graduated with honors and was the recipient of the Administrative Law Award.  He has been admitted to practice pro hac vice, and has represented criminal and civil  defendants throughout the country,

He is a member of the Bar of the State of New York, The Supreme Court of the United States, The United States Court of Appeals for the 2^nd, 3^rd and 11^th Districts, as well the  Courts for the Southern, and Eastern Districts of New York.
