Rodney S. Diggs is a practiced litigator with substantial experience trying cases to verdict in both federal and state courts. Rodney is Co-Chair of the Labor & Employment practice group, which focuses on harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour issues and claims with the Labor Commissioner’s Board on behalf of his clients. He also handles civil rights litigation.

Rodney was selected by his peers for inclusion in the Best Lawyers in America (2023 and 2024 Editions). He was recognized by the LA Times b2b among its 2023 Legal Visionaries and its 2023 DEI Visionaries. Rodney was recognized among the Daily Journal's prestigious list of Top Labor & Employment Lawyers from 2021-2023 and among the Daily Journal's Top 100 Lawyers in California in 2019, 2022 and 2023. At Howard University School of Law, Rodney was Vice President of the Student Bar Association, Chief Justice of Sigma Delta Tau Legal Fraternity and Senior Staff Editor of the Human Rights and Globalization Law Review.

During his undergraduate career at UCLA, Rodney was a member of the track and field team. He achieved All-Pac 10 and All-American status in the 400 meter race and 4×400 meter relay.
